Custom-build Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscope (FLIM) inverted microscope (RM21, MCL), equipped with micro- and nanopositioning system from MCL with trvel ranges of 20 x 20 x 20 mm and 200 x 200 x 200 um, respectively. Equipped with several laser excitation sources (fs and ps lasers, Spectra Physics, Hamamatsu, Becker&Hickl) and with fast electronics for Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) (SPC130, Becker & Hickl), suited filter sets for one photon and multiphoton excitation/detection modes. Gas/humidity and temperature control in incubator for live cell experiments, and Anisotropy and Hanbury Brown Twiss detection schemes implemented as well as possibility to couple the output to a Streak detection system (see Streak Detection unit in LIMS plaform). Flexible platform that allows muultiple configurations also in transmission. Control and analysis software self programmed in Labview and Matlab, respectively.
